The night had descended her magical veil and the cosmos was heavenly beautiful. Looney rubbed her eyes, slid across the surface of the Moon, and bounced across the sky. She tiptoed on the stars and woke them from their sweet sleep.

–Star-sisters, my dear sparks, open your eyes. The night is magical, hearts are opening and calling us all.

–Looney-Mooney, we will shine bright now and light up the world.

The Moon Lady had been awake for a while. She was watching her daughter Looney and smiling mysteriously.

Looney danced with her bare feet, the cosmic wind played with her violet hair, and the freckles on her cheeks and chipotle nose laughed playfully. Sometimes she was full of energy, cheerful and playful, and other times – soft and quiet, contemplating the beauty of the Universe.

Many people on Earth relied on the Moon Lady and she had given her daughter a special mission to listen and bless them on their journey to the stars. Each person was important and had a special place in Looney’s heart. Therefore, as soon as she opened her eyes, she sat on top of the Moon Lady and began to listen.

As soon as evening fell, people looked to the Moon Lady and expressed their innermost wishes. Some wished for wealth, others for healing for themselves and their loved ones, and others longed for love. Looney could hear every single person, but she was only able to talk back to those who spoke from their hearts.

Sometimes Looney created their dreams, and in them they found the signs they needed. She could also send visions to people who had developed this special gift.

To those longing for balance and harmony, Looney sent inspiration to love their feelings and emotions and to find in them valuable lessons to help them move forward.

Among the people there were those who seemed to carry a part of the Moon within them and had a special relationship with it. Looney looked after them, sending them messages and guiding them in their life on Earth.

One of them was Linnie. She was born under the sign of Cancer and it could be said that the Moon Lady was her patron. Sort of like a heavenly Godmother.

Linnie had come a long way in getting to know the visible and the invisible world, and especially herself. Just like the Moon, she had her highs and lows. When the Moon Lady was in her growing phase, Linnie felt like she could accomplish anything with ease, and when the New Moon was coming, she quieted down and let go of what she no longer needed.

And just as the Moon is the closest celestial body to the Earth, Linnie felt close to all people. She had a strong intuition and it was easy for her to put herself in the shoes of the other, to rejoice or to cry with them. It was a gift that was bestowed upon her for a reason.

Looney and Linnie had a special bond with each other. You could say that Looney was like a star companion for Linnie. Each night they met in Linnie’s dreams, danced among the stars, and then sat on the Moon Lady and contemplated the magic of the cosmos. Looney loved her friend from the Earth very much and guided her on her adventures.When the two were together, Linnie felt light and free. Looney brought out the child in her who played and explored with joy, curiosity and a pure heart.

Writing this story, helped Linnie to remember her deep connection with her friend and to realize its purpose – to remind her of her true self. As soon as she thought of Looney, of her laughing eyes, her playful freckles, and her sincere smile, she was with her again. At that moment, from a girl on the Earth, she was turning into a cosmic child, in whose heart was gathered the whole universe.

Linnie felt a deep gratitude for Looney and longed to share this magical experience with all people on Earth to remind them that we can all discover our true selves and be the cosmic children we were created to be.
